Just wanted to say a huge thank you. The venue was perfect & looked fabulous. We had no worries or thoughts of when the food was coming, when the musician was starting etc. everything was just smooth running and it meant we could really focus on our guests. It was also great to see that guests glasses were never empty. The staff were all really attentive, and it really produced a wonderful atmosphere. We couldn't have asked for anything more for the event, and are so happy we chose Brown Bear to help us do it all. Charlie & Gina truly are the dream team and we couldn’t be happier. They helped our magical wedding dreams come true. They made the whole process of planning our wedding fun and stress free especially because we didn’t live in the country we were getting married in. From every vendor they recommended to every small detail, everything was amazing. They were always very patient, responsive, and are in the know with the most current and fabulous trends. We absolutely recommend them without hesitation! Our wedding had to be moved several times because of covid which wasn’t ideal but the one positive thing we got from it was a real genuine friendship formed with both Charlie & Gina over the years of working with them. Everyone thinks they can plan their own wedding but I don’t understand why if you have professional specialist that can do it all for you.

Wow! You guys exceeded our expectations a million times over! First-class consultancy and organisation from the very start meant the process was smooth sailing. When on-site Gina and Kat ploughed through so much work to get the venue looking tip-top. The day itself could not of run better! It literally ran like clockwork and I did not have to do or even think of anything other than enjoying myself! The external suppliers Brown Bear brought in to bring the wedding to life were first class too. Both the church and the venue looked INSANE!!!

We just wanted to say a massive thank you from the bottom of our hearts for helping us plan the best day of our lives! You are so attentive and professional and literally made the whole process so smooth. Everyone says that planning a wedding is the most stressful thing you can do, but we enjoyed every moment of it thanks to you! We were worried about getting a wedding a planner, as Mitch is in events himself, we had concerns that things wouldn’t be executed to the standard we wanted. However we can honestly say that you exceeded all expectations and we could not have been happier! I also want to thank you for going above and beyond for us too! From booking my family dinner the night before to going to the mall to pick up Mitch’s wedding gift for me. Everyone that had to deal with you came to me after and said how ‘on it’ you were! They all said they had never come across a planner like you 🙂 You guys are amazing and as soon as we are back in Dubai we are taking you for a nice dinner! Thank you once again

Hi Gina, Charlie and all at Brown Bear. What a weekend it was. We continue to relive the special moments viewing the many videos posted on social media. I had my doubts throughout the year about everything that was being planned. I guess it’s normal for a host to be anxious. Allow me to thank you all for making it the success that it was. Every detail was planned and executed with precision. Based on the feedback from all our guests, it was a resounding success. "Charlene was an absolute saviour on this project from the day we met her, and even before we had signed any contract with her she put her full energy, enthusiasm and time into the project. The level of professionalism, organisation and patience throughout has surpassed anyone I have ever worked with.
